Fixed the fire audio issue

Added sprites and complete controller functionality for the menus

Fixed bug where the levels on each rule don't reset when you start a new game

Removed quit button on pause menu for now.

There are still a lot of bugs and new stuff to add, just wanted to fix some of the more immediate ones more now. Thanks for all the feedback and support the game has been given so far, we are looking to push updates with new content in the near future :)
